A proactive way to improving your health and wellbeing.

Let me show you how massage can help you:

Maya Angelou has been quoted as saying, "You can only become truly accomplished at something you love".

Family and friends have always wanted to sit on my left side.

They knew if they did, they would get a neck and back rub. You see, I'm left handed and it's my dominate side. There is nothing I enjoy more than helping people. I have always been altruistic and have a desire to make sure people are comfortable, happy and without need. Massage, as a career, is able to provide most of those things, so it only made sense to go into it as a career.

I graduated, with honors, from Brightwood College in Hammond, Indiana, I have been able to put into practice in my own life the many things I have learned along the way. I have discovered the amazing ways the body works and how it has the ability to heal itself if we give it the tools it needs to do it. Massage and body work is more than just sitting on my left side and getting a back or neck rub. It's healing on an emotional, physical, energetic and spiritual level.

My post education has been filled with classes to continue to remain at the top of the field and keep current with new developments from research in bodywork. In the summer of 2021 I was certified in cupping. You might remember Michael Phelps in the olympics having those odd looking circles on his shoulders during his events. That was an example of Cupping. Cupping techniques are very successful in treating many issues you may be experiencing such as, Sciatica, Frozen Shoulder, Plantar Fasciitis, IT Band and Hamstring restrictions and many more. Many athletes have had major success with healing and performance enhancements when cupping was used. The average client can also benefit from cupping.

So, when asked, "Why did you become a massage therapist", what do I say? Seeing someone else's face after they have had bodywork done by me is proof-positive of the true accomplishment for a healing touch.

I hope you will take the opportunity to take the simple steps of helping your body heal or stay in balance by scheduling a massage from me.

Sincerely,
