Table Massages include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Fascial Release Therapy.
These modalities will be applied as needed during the session. Modalities listed below can be requested ahead of time as an add-on to a traditional massage.

Currently, my location is located in a studio within my home located in
Flossmoor, Illinois on Braemar Rd. It is a separate space that promotes relaxation and healing.
It is my goal to have a brick and mortar location eventually, but my home studio is very welcoming. The photo is on the home page. I do also work for a chiropractor in Highland, Indiana and you may also schedule there if you prefer a clinical setting through the chiropractor. Call 219-227-4033.
